Paul became a Director of Bilbrough in 1987 and served as Chief Executive between 2002 and 2009. He has considerable experience supervising claims for the Club’s Greek, South American and US members, as well as for marketing in the same areas.
He worked in the Hong Kong office in the late 1970s and prior to this spent nine years at sea as a Navigating Officer with BP Tanker Co. He has been involved in the shipping industry all his working life and is member of several specialist sub-committees and working groups for the International Group of P&I Clubs. Paul retired from the Board and became a Consultant in April 2009.
