Electronic copies of the Club’s standard pro-formas for use in ship inspections and steel cargo surveys are available from these pages.
All reports and attachments, zipped if necessary, should be submitted by email.
Please note that the Managers no longer accept ‘hard’ paper copies by post or courier.
