Job description:
Junior Claims Manager - Greece
Reporting to Associate Director, Claims.
Overall objectives:
To augment the Personal Injury Expertise claims handling function of the Company.
Key duties:
To handle claims from inception to completion of people-related claims, under the supervision on Senior Claims Managers and/or Associate Directors, always in line with the procedures in the Claims and Quality Manuals. Where needed and requested, to handle operational survey matters, under the same supervision.
Where appropriate experience has been gained, to carry out the day-to-day handling of the said narrow range of claim types without supervision.
To assist with updating of physical and electronic files.
To assist in profiling documents onto the document management system when requested by the Associate Director.
To assist in market research as and when required by an Associate Director.
To assist claims staff on ad hoc projects.

Education
Graduate preferred, any discipline considered 2:2 or similar.
Experience
2/3 years commercial experience preferred.

Good knowledge of MS Office.
Salary
EUR 30,000 – EUR 50,000.
