Additional Premium Area (7.083)

This circular updates the war risks additional premium areas that were in force from 00:01 hours BST on 7 August 2006. London P&I notes that the Malacca Strait and adjacent ports area was deleted and a new part of Sumatera was added.

It also sets out the full list of additional premium areas across Africa, Asia, the Middle East and the Philippines, together with guidance that ports, places and coasts include harbours, offshore installations and adjacent waters up to 12 miles offshore unless otherwise agreed.
