London P&I advised war risks members of amendments to the additional premium areas under Rule 19.3 (Class 7 War Risks), effective from 24:00 hours GMT on 7 March 2003.
The update amended the Indonesia area and added Ivory Coast to the list of locations where additional premium applies.
