Additional Premium Areas (7.089)

This circular updates the additional premium areas that apply under Rule 19.3 for War Risks members. London P&I adds Gulf of Aden transits to the list, effective from 00:01 hours GMT on 4 January 2009.

The notice sets out the full schedule of areas in force from that date, including locations in Africa, Asia, eastern Europe, the Middle East and the Philippines. It also explains how ports, places and coasts should be read for the purpose of the list.
