This circular explains proposed updates to London P&I’s Articles of Association, including changes to reflect the Companies Act 2006 and modernise how the Association communicates with members.

London P&I also sets out the main amendments for approval at a General Meeting on 29 January 2014, including the transfer of Memorandum provisions into the Articles, revised notice provisions, clearer rules on fixed premium entries and updated conflict of interest wording.
