BIMCO/ISCO Standard Spill Response Contracts, RESPONSECON and US RESPONSECON (5.548)

London P&I has informed members that BIMCO and ISCO have launched two standard contracts for hiring specialised spill response services and equipment.

RESPONSECON is intended for international use and US RESPONSECON is designed for use in the United States. London P&I also reminds members to check any contract changes against the International Group's Guidelines on Vessel Response Contracts.
