London P&I sets out the committee’s decisions on open years for Freight, Demurrage & Defence (FD&D) and confirms a 25% general increase in Advance Calls for 2003/04.

The circular also explains the estimated Supplementary Call and Release Call rates for each relevant policy year, together with the decision to close 1999/2000 without further Call.
