This circular sets out the main Class 5 (P&I) arrangements for the 2014/15 policy year, including rule amendments, International Group pooling and reinsurance, cover limits, excess war risks cover and related declarations.

London P&I also notes the temporary arrangements for bio-chemical claims, terrorism cover for qualifying US ships, and the continued availability of cover for charterers under Rule 10.
