This circular sets out London P&I’s decisions on open policy years for Class 5 (P&I) and Class 8 (FD&D), including call levels, release call rates and payment dates for the 2014/2015 Policy Year.

It also explains the Committee’s view of claims experience, investment returns and deductible adjustments, and confirms the release call rates currently in force for open years.
