Class 5 (P&I) and Class 8 (FD&D) Open Policy Years & 2016/2017 Policy Year - Calls (8.105)

This circular sets out London P&I’s decisions on open policy years for Class 5 (P&I) and Class 8 (FD&D), together with the call requirements for the 2016/2017 policy year.

It confirms closure or expected closure for earlier years, sets the annual call increase at 5% for both classes, and explains the release call rates and payment arrangements.
