London P&I sets out its decisions on open policy years and the 2020/2021 call levels for Class 5 (P&I) and Class 8 (FD&D), including release call rates and payment dates.

The circular confirms which policy years will close without further call, which remain open, and the general rate increase for the new policy year. It also reminds members how annual calls will be collected and where to send payment queries.
