This circular sets out London P&I’s deferred and release call position for open Class 5 P&I years following the Committee meeting on 28 April 2010. It confirms the call arrangements for the 2007/2008, 2008/2009 and 2009/2010 policy years, and notes the change to a single annual call from the 2010/2011 policy year.
