Class 5 Protecting & Indemnity - Deferred and Release Calls (5.433)

This circular sets out London P&I’s deferred and release call position for Class 5 protecting & indemnity for the open policy years reviewed in April 2011.

It confirms the deferred call levels for 2008/2009 and 2009/2010, notes the consolidation of advance and deferred calls from the 2010/2011 policy year, and states that release call rates remain unchanged.
