Class 5, The Protecting and Indemnity Class (5.394)

This circular gives notice of a separate meeting of class 5 members to consider amendments to the rules for the Protecting and Indemnity Class, with changes intended to take effect from 20 February 2010.

It sets out revised rule wording covering key definitions, mutual contribution, certificates of entry, call provisions, overspill claims, closing of policy years, payment of calls and release calls.
