Class 5, The Protecting and Indemnity Class (5.465)

This notice sets out proposed amendments to the Rules for Class 5, the protecting and indemnity class, with effect from noon GMT on 20 February 2013 if adopted.

London P&I proposed changes covering indemnity wording, seamen illness and repatriation, wreck removal, cargo exclusions, passenger liability limits, guarantee and certificate provisions, and salvage-related exclusions.
