Class 5, The Protecting and Indemnity Class (5.567)

This notice sets out proposed amendments to the Rules for Class 5, the Protecting and Indemnity class, including changes linked to Brexit, the Cyprus subsidiary, and alignment with the Pooling Agreement.

It also updates a number of cover provisions, including pollution, cargo, towage and specialist risk exclusions, and explains that the amendments were to be considered at a separate meeting of members on 29 January 2019.
