Class 7, The War Risks Class (7.114)

London P&I gives notice of proposed rule changes for Class 7, the War Risks Class, to be considered at a separate members’ meeting on 27 January 2016.

The amendments relate to the computer virus exclusion, disclosure obligations, joint insured owners and the incorporation of the Insurance Act 2015 into the rules and contracts of insurance.
