Class 7, The War Risks Class (7.116)

This circular gives notice of proposed rule changes for Class 7, the War Risks Class. It explains amendments to definitions, sanctions wording, reinsurance, membership, contributions, laid up returns, additional premiums, payment terms, policy year closing, reserves, release contributions, managers’ remuneration and appendix provisions.

The changes were due to be considered at a separate meeting of Class 7 members on 25 January 2017, with effect from noon GMT on 20 February 2017 if adopted.
