This circular confirms London P&I’s deferred and release call decisions for open Class 8 Freight, Demurrage & Defence years, following the Committee meeting on 28 April 2010.

It sets out the call position for the 2007/2008, 2008/2009 and 2009/2010 policy years, and notes the change to a single Annual Call from the 2010/2011 policy year.
