This circular sets out proposed amendments to the rules for Class 8, the Freight, Demurrage & Defence class, including updates on membership, fixed premium entries, communications, calls and premiums, sanctions, recoveries, and termination provisions.

London P&I also notes drafting updates to reflect the Companies Act 2006 and to remove references to outdated millennium bug wording.
