Class 8, The Freight Demurrage and Defence Class (8.110)

This circular gives notice of a separate meeting of members of Class 8, the Freight, Demurrage and Defence Class, to consider amendments to the Rules with effect from 20 February 2017.

The proposed changes update a range of provisions, including definitions, cover wording, fair presentation of the risk, sanctions wording, claims handling, time bars, novation and the call structure for the Policy Year.
