Club Inspection Programme - Carriage of HFO as cargo (T.035)

London P&I asks tanker members to complete the 2013 declaration form for the carriage of heavy fuel oil as cargo during the relevant policy year. Members should confirm whether any vessels carried HFO, provide the requested vessel details where applicable, and return the signed form by 30 April 2013.

The circular also repeats London P&I's definition of HFO for the purposes of the declaration and notes that members can contact the Managers' Ship Inspection Department for assistance.
