Club Inspection Programme - Carriage of HFO as cargo (T.036)

This circular asks tanker members to complete and return the 2014 annual declaration form for the carriage of Heavy Fuel Oil (HFO) as cargo during the relevant policy year.

London P&I requests confirmation of any ships that carried HFO between 20 February 2013 and 20 February 2014, or a declaration of none where applicable, by 30 April 2014. The circular also repeats the definition of HFO used for this return.
