Club Inspection Programme - Carriage of HFO as cargo (T.037)

This circular explains London P&I’s annual declaration process for tankers that have carried heavy fuel oil as cargo and sets out the inspection criteria agreed by the International Group.

Members must identify entered tankers that carried HFO during the relevant policy year, confirm if none did, and return the completed declaration by the stated deadline.
