Club Inspection Programme - Carriage of HFO as cargo (T.039)

London P&I asks tanker members to complete and return the 2017 declaration form confirming whether any vessels carried heavy fuel oil as cargo during the relevant policy year.

The circular also explains the information needed for each ship and reminds members to return the signed form by 30 April 2017. It links back to the earlier 2006 circular and provides the definition of HFO used for the declaration.
