Club Inspection Programme - Carriage of HFO as Cargo (T.041)

London P&I asks tanker members to complete the 2019 declaration form confirming whether any vessels carried heavy fuel oil as cargo during the relevant policy year. If no ships did so, members should state this on the form and return it by 30 April 2019.

The circular also explains the information required for any ship that did carry HFO, including ship details and recent inspection or survey history.
