Club Inspection Programme – Carriage of HFO as Cargo (T.045)

This circular asks tanker members to complete and return the 2023 declaration form confirming whether any vessels carried heavy fuel oil as cargo during the relevant policy year.

London P&I also repeats the form requirements, including vessel details and inspection and survey information where applicable, and provides the deadline for return.
