London P&I confirms that its restructuring will take effect at noon GMT on 20 February 2015, following approval of the relevant changes at the Special General Meeting and Class Meetings on 12 February 2015.

We also confirm that members will see no change to their membership or cover. The reorganisation is intended to maintain the optimum corporate arrangement from a regulatory and tax perspective and to prepare for the implementation of Solvency II in January 2016.
