This circular confirms that London P&I's restructuring will take effect at noon GMT on 20 February 2015, following approval of the relevant bye-law and rule changes at meetings held on 12 February 2015.

It also reassures members that their membership and cover will not be affected, and explains that the reorganisation is intended to maintain the best corporate arrangement from a regulatory and tax perspective ahead of Solvency II.
