Draft charterparty clause promoting the use of the Inter-Club New York Produce Exchange Agreement 1996 (5.528)

This circular explains how London P&I supports the use of the Inter-Club New York Produce Exchange Agreement 1996, as amended in September 2011, for cargo claims under NYPE and Asbatime charterparties.

It also sets out a draft charterparty clause that gives effect to the 2011 Agreement and confirms that the NYPE 2015 wording is equally acceptable.
