Electronic Paperless Trading – Approval of the Secro system & Update to the Secro Terms and Conditions (5.628)

This circular confirms the International Group’s approval of an updated Secro Customer and User Agreement and explains the changes that allow customer e-bills of lading to be used within the Secro system.

London P&I also reminds members that existing exclusions under Group Club Rules continue to apply to cargo carried under approved electronic trading systems.
