Electronic (Paperless) Trading – Enigio AB (trace:original™): Update to Terms & Conditions (5.655)

London P&I confirms that the International Group has approved an updated version of the Enigio trace:original standard terms and conditions for electronic bills of lading. The material aspects of the system remain unchanged, although some technical service terms have been moved into a separate service level agreement.

The circular also reminds members and assureds that the usual cargo carriage exclusions under Group Club Rules continue to apply to approved electronic trading systems in the same way as for paper systems.
