Electronic (Paperless) Trading –ICE Digital Trade Management Limited (ICE): Approval of ICE Access Agreement (2023.01) (5.634)

This circular confirms that London P&I recognises the ICE Access Agreement (2023.01) for electronic bills of lading, alongside the approved DSUA versions already in place. It explains when the access agreement can be used and reminds members that the usual cargo-related cover exclusions still apply.

Members are also advised that both ICE options are available for cover purposes, and that they should speak with ICE to decide which route best suits their trade.
