Electronic (Paperless) Trading – ICE Digital Trade Management Limited (ICE): Update to ICE Access Agreement (5.654)

London P&I confirms that the International Group has approved an updated version of the ICE Access Agreement (2024.1) for electronic bills of lading. The update allows inter-platform transfers between ICE and other approved systems, while the existing approvals for DSUA 2021.1, DSUA 2023.1 and ICE Access Agreement (2023.1) remain in place.

We also remind members that cover continues to be subject to the usual Group Club Rules exclusions that apply to cargo carriage, including delivery issues and the creation or use of ante or post-dated electronic records.
