Electronic (Paperless) Trading – IQAX Limited – Approval of the IQAX eBL interoperable addendum (5.656)

London P&I confirms that the International Group has approved the IQAX eBL interoperable addendum, which allows electronic bills of lading to be transferred between approved platforms where the governing law is a recognised jurisdiction.

The circular also explains that the addendum supplements the existing approved IQAX eBL terms and conditions, and that the usual cargo-related exclusions in the Group Club Rules continue to apply.
