Electronic (Paperless) Trading – Update to Secro Terms and Conditions (5.637)

London P&I confirms updated International Group approval for Secro terms and conditions, including a revised Customer and User Agreement and additional standard and customer e-bills governed by English law and the Electronic Trade Documents Act 2023.

The circular also reminds members that existing cargo-related exclusions continue to apply to approved electronic trading systems in the same way as for paper systems.
