Electronic (Paperless) Trading – WAVE B/L: Update to Wave B/L Network Bylaws to version 2.0 dated 1st November 2023 (5.633)

London P&I confirms that the International Group has approved an updated version of the Wave B/L Network Bylaws, dated 1 November 2023. The new version, Wave B/L Network Bylaws 2.0, will come into force on 1 December 2023 and supersedes version 1 for the purposes of Club cover.

The circular also outlines the main drafting changes, including a new definitions section, shorter and clearer wording, added terms for a wider range of parties, and amendments intended to align the bylaws more closely with COGSA 92.
