EU adopts 11th package of sanctions against Russia (5.629)

This circular summarises the EU’s 11th package of sanctions against Russia, including new measures on ship-to-ship transfers, AIS manipulation, transport, trade controls, transit restrictions and energy-related derogations.

London P&I also reminds members that cover is not available for trade that breaches applicable sanctions and that due diligence is essential before engaging in trade to, through or from Russia.
