International Group Agreement/Limit on Club Cover (5.251)

This circular provides an update on the International Group’s discussions with the European Commission in Brussels about renewing the exemption for the International Group Agreement and the limit on Club cover.

London P&I reports that no progress was made at the 3 April 1998 meeting with DGIV officials. The Commission has now invited the Group to an oral hearing in Brussels on 27 April 1998, and preparations are under way.
