International Group of P&I Clubs Review by the European Commission (5.423)

This circular explains the European Commission’s review of three parts of the International Group Agreement after the exemption from competition laws expired. London P&I sets out the areas under review, the issues being raised, and the position currently being explained to the Commission.

It also notes that some members may receive questionnaires with short response deadlines, and that extensions should be requested where there is a legitimate need.
