Memorandum & Articles of Association, including Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting on 28 January 2004 (5.33)

London P&I informed members that it had reviewed its governing constitution and proposed a series of updates to its Memorandum and Articles of Association. The changes were to be considered at an Extraordinary General Meeting on 28 January 2004.

The circular explains that the revisions were intended to improve clarity, modernise wording and adjust certain membership and governance provisions, including arrangements for Co-assureds, committee meetings, notices and indemnities.
