This circular sets out London P&I’s contingency arrangements for possible communication difficulties around the millennium change and confirms which offices and claims contacts were available over the holiday period.

It also explains how members should make contact in the event of an incident, including the use of local correspondents, out of office numbers and emergency mobile numbers.
