Notice of Cancellation of Cover in respect of certain War Risks (5.643)

London P&I gives notice of cancellation for certain war risks cover on relevant fixed premium business from noon GMT on 20 February 2024. The notice applies to specified Owners’ Fixed Premium P&I and Charterers’ CSL covers, together with agreed extensions and ancillary covers where war risks are included.

London P&I confirms that mutual P&I, war and FD&D cover, and excess war risks cover for mutual P&I assureds are not affected. We also note that all other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
