London P&I gave notice of an extraordinary general meeting to consider a special resolution amending the Association’s Articles of Association.

The proposed amendment would replace Article 97 to extend indemnity protection and funding for legal defence costs for present and former officers and the managers of the Association, subject to the Statutes.
