Notice of General Meeting (5.565)

This notice convenes a general meeting of members to consider a special resolution amending the Association's Articles of Association, with changes taking effect from 20 February 2019.

The notice also explains the background to the proposed amendments, including the establishment of a wholly owned subsidiary in Cyprus to support insurance obligations for EU flagged ships if the UK leaves the EU in certain circumstances.
