Notice of Meeting on 23 January 2002 (5.308)

This notice sets out proposed changes to the rules for Class 5, the Protection and Indemnity class, to be considered at a separate meeting on 23 January 2002.

The amendments cover cargo liabilities, property on board an entered ship, war risks, specialist operations and the extension of cover to other parties. Each change is supported by explanatory notes and, if adopted, would take effect from noon GMT on 20 February 2002.
