Notice of Meeting on 24 January 2001 (5.298)

This notice announces a separate meeting of members of Class 5, the Protecting and Indemnity Class, to consider amendments to the Rules. The proposed changes cover cover for stowaways, deserters, refugees, pollution liabilities, fines, nuclear risks and termination of entry following a total loss or sale of a ship.

The circular also explains the purpose of each amendment and states when the changes would take effect if adopted.
