This notice sets out a separate meeting of members of Class 8, the Freight, Demurrage and Defence Class, to consider changes to the Rules. It explains the proposed amendments to Rule 27 on termination upon sale, loss and other events, with the changes intended to take effect from noon GMT on 20 February 2001.
